Hate is a strong word, but when it comes to the word 'diet', it's exactly how I feel. It hit me the other day how many shows there are on the telly that are about overweight people. There's a channel on Foxtel that is practically dedicated to it, however 50% of these shows are celebrating obesity and the other 50% is about how life threatening it can be. The one thing that both these types of shows have in common is that they use the word 'diet' when it comes to losing the weight.
