HEALTHY MAC'N CHEESE

As a kid I LOVED macaroni + cheese but I never knew how bad it was for me, I just knew it was bloody delicious. Now that I'm a big person, I had to find a way to make it just as delicious, but in a nourishing way!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cups Raw Cashews
3/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes
1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2-3 Cloves of Garlic (I like GARLIC A LOT!)
Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
2 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Dried Oregano
1 Tsp Dried Basil

2-3 Cups Macaroni Pasta

Blend in a bender or blitzed or whatever mechanical mashing device you have, then mix through cooked macaroni pasta. VIOLA!
