SNICKERS PROTEIN MUFFINS

I'm not a sweets person, but when I'm craving sweet, I still don't like to eat sugar, so I've put together these babies which fulfil my cravings and have a bit of good stuff in them too.
Also have the thumbs up from the kids, they ate a couple each and that means my recipe wasn't shit.

WHAT YOU NEED:

1 1/4 Cups Wholemeal Flour
2 Mashed Bananas
2 1/2 Scoops Happy Way Chocolate Protein Powder
2 Eggs
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
4 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Plain Natural Greek Yoghurt
Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt

Set oven at 180C and scoop mixture into patty pans or a muffin pan.
Cook for 14-18 minutes (get them out at 14 and test them!)

Then eat.
