VOOME TO THE RESCUE
If you follow me, you’ll already know how important I think it is to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. For the last few months, Voome has been an incredibly handy resource for both myself and other mothers who are time poor and need an extra hand when it comes to workout ideas and healthy and family friendly recipes!
When I was approached by Voome to put together a collection of workouts and clean plate recipes, I wanted to make sure that I was giving the best collection to all of you as well as an excellent resource to make living a healthy lifestyle more convenient. I myself have been using the workouts between clients at the gym because they are easy to fit into a lunch break or after the kids go to bed at night.
In the health and fitness industry, there are countless programs and meal plans out there, but finding the right one for you is a pretty tough decision. My belief has always been about creating a healthy lifestyle rather than followinga diet or doing a ‘challenge’ for a certain amount of weeks because if you create healthy habits, then you’re more likely to be consistent and see real changes over a longer period of time!
As a mother, passing down a positive attitude towards exercise and food is essential because I want my kids to develop a sustainable and healthy lifestyle as they grow up. Voome has been such a great tool for both myself and others when it comes to making night time dinners, easy breakfasts and at home workouts which in term will assist in creating that lifestyle which I aim to promote to my followers on a daily basis.
Living a healthy and balanced routine shouldn’t cost you an arm and a leg, hence why a few dollars a week that gives you expert advice in regards to exercise and nutritional is a small price to pay. I know as a trainer that there are many mothers that can’t budget a personal trainer into their lives, which is why I believe that Voome is a great alternative. Without selling myself short, a workout guide that includes photos of stretches and exercises is pretty handy to have and makes life a bit easier for those who would prefer not to have to google every single exercise on their program!
